libargtable2-dev software package provides Library for parsing GNU style command line arguments (development headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libargtable2-dev
libargtable2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libargtable2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libargtable2-dev *
You will get with libargtable2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
