libappconfig-std-perl software package provides Perl module for standard app configuration, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libappconfig-std-perl
libappconfig-std-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libappconfig-std-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libappconfig-std-perl *
You will get with libappconfig-std-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
