liballegro-dialog5-dev software package provides header files for the Allegro 5 dialog addon, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liballegro-dialog5-dev
liballegro-dialog5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liballegro-dialog5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liballegro-dialog5-dev *
