lib64objc-5-dev-powerpc-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Objective-C applications (64bit development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64objc-5-dev-powerpc-cross
lib64objc-5-dev-powerpc-cross is installed in your system.
