lib32gfortran-6-dev software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (32bit development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32gfortran-6-dev
lib32gfortran-6-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32gfortran-6-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32gfortran-6-dev *
You will get with lib32gfortran-6-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
