laserboy-indep software package provides Laser show software for soundcard operation - data files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install laserboy-indep
laserboy-indep is installed in your system.
Make ensure the laserboy-indep package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep laserboy-indep *
You will get with laserboy-indep package name, version, architecture and description in a table
