krb5-sync-tools software package provides Kerberos Active Directory synchronization tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install krb5-sync-tools
krb5-sync-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the krb5-sync-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep krb5-sync-tools *
You will get with krb5-sync-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
