How to Install kmidimon software package in Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

kmidimon software package provides MIDI monitor using ALSA sequencer and KDE user interface, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kmidimon

kmidimon is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kmidimon package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kmidimon *

You will get with kmidimon package name, version, architecture and description in a table
