kimwitu software package provides Compiler development tool, complementary to lex and yacc, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kimwitu
kimwitu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kimwitu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kimwitu *
You will get with kimwitu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
