kile-doc software package provides KDE Integrated LaTeX Environment (documentation), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kile-doc
kile-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kile-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kile-doc *
You will get with kile-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
