kid3-cli software package provides Command line audio tag editor, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kid3-cli
kid3-cli is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kid3-cli package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kid3-cli *
You will get with kid3-cli package name, version, architecture and description in a table
