kdepimlibs5-dev software package provides development files for the KDE Development Platform PIM libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdepimlibs5-dev
kdepimlibs5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdepimlibs5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdepimlibs5-dev *
You will get with kdepimlibs5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
