intel-gpu-tools software package provides tools for debugging the Intel graphics driver, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install intel-gpu-tools
intel-gpu-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the intel-gpu-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep intel-gpu-tools *
You will get with intel-gpu-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
