How to uninstall or remove ibacm software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed ibacm package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove ibacm

Uninstall ibacm including dependent package

If you would like to remove ibacm and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ibacm
Use Purging ibacm

If you use with purge options to ibacm package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge ibacm

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ibacm
