i7z software package provides reporting tool for i7, i5, i3 CPUs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install i7z

i7z is installed in your system.
