golang-github-fhs-go-netrc-dev software package provides netrc file parser for Go programming language, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-fhs-go-netrc-dev
golang-github-fhs-go-netrc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-github-fhs-go-netrc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-github-fhs-go-netrc-dev*
