glurp software package provides GTK+ frontend to the Music Player Daemon (MPD), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install glurp
glurp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the glurp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep glurp *
You will get with glurp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
