glibc-source software package provides GNU C Library: sources, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install glibc-source
glibc-source is installed in your system.
Make ensure the glibc-source package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep glibc-source *
You will get with glibc-source package name, version, architecture and description in a table
