gir1.2-matekbd software package provides GObject introspection data for libmatekbd and libmatekbdui, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-matekbd
gir1.2-matekbd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gir1.2-matekbd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gir1.2-matekbd *
You will get with gir1.2-matekbd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
