gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 software package provides GObject introspection data for the Unicode browser widget library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90
gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 is installed in your system.
