You can uninstall or removes an installed gfortran-5-multilib-s390x-linu package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gfortran-5-multilib-s390x-linu

Uninstall gfortran-5-multilib-s390x-linu including dependent package

If you would like to remove gfortran-5-multilib-s390x-linu and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gfortran-5-multilib-s390x-linu
Use Purging gfortran-5-multilib-s390x-linu
