gcj-4.9-arm-linux-gnueabihf software package provides GCJ byte code and native compiler for Java(TM), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gcj-4.9-arm-linux-gnueabihf
gcj-4.9-arm-linux-gnueabihf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gcj-4.9-arm-linux-gnueabihf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gcj-4.9-arm-linux-gnueabihf *
