gap-grape software package provides GRaph Algorithms using PErmutation groups for GAP, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gap-grape
gap-grape is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gap-grape package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gap-grape *
You will get with gap-grape package name, version, architecture and description in a table
