How to uninstall or remove formencode-i18n software package from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

You can uninstall or removes an installed formencode-i18n package itself from Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove formencode-i18n

Uninstall formencode-i18n including dependent package

If you would like to remove formencode-i18n and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove formencode-i18n

Use Purging formencode-i18n

If you use with purge options to formencode-i18n package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge formencode-i18n

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove formencode-i18n
