fonts-kanjistrokeorders software package provides font to view stroke order diagrams for Kanji, Kana and etc, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-kanjistrokeorders
fonts-kanjistrokeorders is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-kanjistrokeorders package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-kanjistrokeorders *
You will get with fonts-kanjistrokeorders package name, version, architecture and description in a table
