binutils-mips64-linux-gnuabin3 software package provides GNU binary utilities, for mips64-linux-gnuabin32 target, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install binutils-mips64-linux-gnuabin3
binutils-mips64-linux-gnuabin3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the binutils-mips64-linux-gnuabin3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep binutils-mips64-linux-gnuabin3*
