beignet-opencl-icd software package provides OpenCL library for Intel GPUs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install beignet-opencl-icd
beignet-opencl-icd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the beignet-opencl-icd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep beignet-opencl-icd *
You will get with beignet-opencl-icd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
