apophenia-bin software package provides Apophenia Statistical C Library -- binary package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apophenia-bin
apophenia-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apophenia-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apophenia-bin *
You will get with apophenia-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
