apache2-utils software package provides Apache HTTP Server (utility programs for web servers), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apache2-utils
apache2-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apache2-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apache2-utils *
You will get with apache2-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
