libkwargs-perl software package provides Perl module for simple and clean handling of named arguments, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkwargs-perl
libkwargs-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkwargs-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkwargs-perl *
You will get with libkwargs-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
