libktnef4 software package provides library for handling TNEF data, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libktnef4
libktnef4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libktnef4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libktnef4 *
You will get with libktnef4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
