libkf5ksieve5 software package provides Sieve, the mail filtering language, library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkf5ksieve5
libkf5ksieve5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkf5ksieve5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkf5ksieve5 *
You will get with libkf5ksieve5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
