libkf5akonadiserver-dev software package provides development files for the Akonadi PIM storage service, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkf5akonadiserver-dev
libkf5akonadiserver-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkf5akonadiserver-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkf5akonadiserver-dev *
You will get with libkf5akonadiserver-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
