libkasten3gui3 software package provides gui Kasten library for Okteta, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkasten3gui3
libkasten3gui3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkasten3gui3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkasten3gui3 *
You will get with libkasten3gui3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
