libjellyfish-2.0-2 software package provides count k-mers in DNA sequences (dynamic library of jellyfish), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjellyfish-2.0-2
libjellyfish-2.0-2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjellyfish-2.0-2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjellyfish-2.0-2 *
You will get with libjellyfish-2.0-2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
