libjdns-dbg software package provides Simple DNS queries library - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjdns-dbg
libjdns-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjdns-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjdns-dbg *
You will get with libjdns-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
