libjalali-dev software package provides development files of a library to display Jalali calendar, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjalali-dev
libjalali-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjalali-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjalali-dev *
You will get with libjalali-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
