libiso9660-8 software package provides library to work with ISO9660 filesystems, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiso9660-8
libiso9660-8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiso9660-8 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiso9660-8 *
You will get with libiso9660-8 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
