libismrmrd-dev software package provides ISMRM Raw Data format (ISMRMRD) - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libismrmrd-dev
libismrmrd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libismrmrd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libismrmrd-dev *
You will get with libismrmrd-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
