libini-config5 software package provides INI file parser for C, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libini-config5
libini-config5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libini-config5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libini-config5 *
You will get with libini-config5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
