libidn2-0-dbg software package provides Internationalized domain names (IDNA2008) debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libidn2-0-dbg
libidn2-0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libidn2-0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libidn2-0-dbg *
You will get with libidn2-0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
