libicap1-dbg software package provides ICAP server (RFC 3507) implementation in C++ (library debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libicap1-dbg
libicap1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libicap1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libicap1-dbg *
You will get with libicap1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
