libhybris-utils software package provides Utilities to help working with the Android HW abstraction layer, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhybris-utils
libhybris-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhybris-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhybris-utils *
You will get with libhybris-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
