libhtml-linkextractor-perl software package provides Perl module used to extract links from HTML documents, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhtml-linkextractor-perl
libhtml-linkextractor-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhtml-linkextractor-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhtml-linkextractor-perl *
You will get with libhtml-linkextractor-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
