libhook-lexwrap-perl software package provides module for lexically scoped subroutine wrappers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhook-lexwrap-perl
libhook-lexwrap-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhook-lexwrap-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhook-lexwrap-perl *
You will get with libhook-lexwrap-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
