libhkl5 software package provides diffractometer computation control library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhkl5
libhkl5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhkl5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhkl5 *
You will get with libhkl5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
