libhidrd0 software package provides runtime library for parsing and generating USB HID reports, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhidrd0
libhidrd0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhidrd0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhidrd0 *
You will get with libhidrd0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
