libhfgfortran-5-dev-armel-cros software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (hard float ABI development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhfgfortran-5-dev-armel-cros
libhfgfortran-5-dev-armel-cros is installed in your system.
