libhfgcc-5-dev-armel-cross software package provides GCC support library (hard float ABI development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhfgcc-5-dev-armel-cross
libhfgcc-5-dev-armel-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhfgcc-5-dev-armel-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhfgcc-5-dev-armel-cross *
You will get with libhfgcc-5-dev-armel-cross package name, version, architecture and description in a table
