libhamlib2-tcl software package provides Run-time Tcl library to control radio transceivers and receivers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhamlib2-tcl
libhamlib2-tcl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhamlib2-tcl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhamlib2-tcl *
You will get with libhamlib2-tcl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
